Found an old article on diabetes reserach which mentioned the use of an ELISPOT assay. As I understand, this technique is also seeing increaed use in oncology research.

I was pleasantly surprised to find an online dictionary entry for ELISPOT assays here. I wasn't expecting this, except maybe from a specialized science dictionary.
